Blue Screen error caused by problem in system file "ntevt.dll"

Ok, I recently ran Advanced System Care to analyze my hard disks, but as soon the proccess would start , I would get a BSOD, showing me an Internal Kernel Storage Error, but I am not sure of that, as it went away pretty quickly, now when it happened first time, the windows checked the disks before booting and in the end the only suspicious result was "12kb in Bad Sectors", but i suppose, that is not much, so I went on, to run chkdsk, to be sure if there was no problem for the advanced sytem care's side, but the chkdsk(in admi priveleges) gave the same problem.
